privacy, for downloads
The pages and videos here are open to everyone. Before a file downloads, you're asked for your name and email.
- Who collects them. ClaireBuilds.ai.
- What. Your name and email, the guide and file you downloaded, the page or link that brought you here, and the browser you used (its name and version, which every browser sends).
- Why. To send you the file, and, because you agreed when you downloaded, to email you more guides.
- Your choice. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what is held about you, contact hello@clairebuilds.ai.
- Who else sees it. Only the collector named above and the services that store these details and send the emails. Emails you send to hello@clairebuilds.ai are delivered to, and handled in, the email system of Distinct Properties (Distinct Property Management Pty Ltd). It is never sold.
- A complaint. Contact hello@clairebuilds.ai first. If that doesn't resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
privacy, for site statistics
- What. Which pages are visited, where visits come from, the type of device and browser, how fast pages load, and actions such as playing an episode, how much of it is heard, clicking a chapter, or downloading a file. Measured with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
- What not. No cookies, no names, emails or property details, and no tracking across other websites. Visits are counted without identifying you.
privacy, for the owners-only episode
One podcast episode is for property owners. To hear it, you're asked for your name, your email and the property you own.
- Who collects them. ClaireBuilds.ai.
- What. Your name, email and the property address you give, anything you send to show you own it (for example a rates notice), the page or link that brought you here, and the browser you used.
- Why. Only to check that you own a property and to email you a private link to the episode. They are not added to the guide emails.
- If you don't give them. You can't hear that episode. Every other episode and page stays open to you.
- Your choice. To see, correct or delete what is held about you, or to have your link turned off, contact hello@clairebuilds.ai.
- Who else sees it. Only the collector named above and the services that store these details and send the emails. Emails to hello@clairebuilds.ai are handled in the email system of Distinct Properties (Distinct Property Management Pty Ltd). It is never sold.
